Digital Magnifying Glass
If you have trouble reading the fine print this is a really cool solution, a sort of magnifying mouse.
The Color Max Digital Magnifier works by being rolled over the subject you want to magnify (be it small print or porn photographs) which it will then digital capture and broadcast to your TV screen (via a cable annoyingly). Magnification can be up to 28x on a 20-inch TV (if you need more than that it’s a great excuse to buy a 42″ plasma).
You can get the Color Max Digital Magnifier from first STREET for $449.

I have the MAX digital magnifier and I would really like to hook it up to my computer monitor to use at my desk. I see that it requires a Smart Video Adapter to do that, which is $149. I absolutely cannot afford that, and I was wondering if you could tell me if there was any other less expensive option to make this work, or anywhere that I might be able to buy one used?
Thanks.
